Run Quake And Quake II On N97 And 5800XM

I suppose many of you have tried to run quake and quakeII and have realised that the keys don't work. Here is a guide for being able to play them.


You will need to use VirtualKey and a custom keymap i did yesterday.


1- First of all, install Quake or/and Quake II


You will need to install this first:

And then, Quake and Quake II:

You know you need the original gamefiles to be able to play. Complete instructions about what to do with that files are HERE


2- Now you have to download VirtualKey, sign it, and install it the mass storage memory:

I've included my keymaps in this package.


3- Once you've installed Virtualkey, connect your N97 to the PC and acces this folder: "E:\Private\e7d61da9\"


Copy there the "custom1.keymap" and "custom2.keymap" files. (only the first keymap is needed, the other is a duplicate one).


4- Open VirtualKeys and go to Options > Load Mode > Custom mode 1 (or Custom mode 2)
